We have produced detailed design in accordance with ENERGEX policies and standards
policies. Please see our design for electrical reticulation to the proposed subdivision.

Special Conditions and Notes

                                     Private Property
 Electricity:             The client’s electrical contractor will be responsible for the
                          following:
                               • Install a property pole in accordance with Queensland
                                  Electricity Connection Manual, if required.
                          The Certificate of Supply will be released once Energex
                          requirements are satisfied.
                                Electricity Connection Process
 Developer's representative submits Certificate of Electricity Supply to Council,
 Developer's representative submits Survey Plans to the Titles Office,
 Energex establishes a National Meter Identifier (NMI),
 New customer references NMI and makes an application with their electricity retailer.
 Electrical contractor references NMI and submits the application with Energex.
 Energex makes connection.
