I write with regard to the application over 23 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa - Council file reference: MCU25/0067.
To allow further time to address Council's Information Request, and in accordance with Section 32 of the DA Rules, I hereby give notice to stop the clock for 20 business days from tomorrow until 23 October 2025, with the current period recommencing on 24 October 2025, inclusive of the Public Holiday. At the end of this stop clock period, there will be a total of 110 ‘stop clock’ days remaining.
If you could please confirm in writing that the notice to extend the stopped period has been received, and confirm the above dates are correct by Council’s records, that would be most appreciated.
