The proposed building on the vacant land- former Road Reserve at 17 Emerald Street Cooroy, is something the area is really in need off.  It's a building which will enhance the area, and will not only provide for the local community but also visitors to the area, as it focuses not only on family history it also provides a large collection of local history and resources.
