Good afternoon,

Please find attached an amended concurrence agency response in relation to the proposed material change of use and reconfiguration of a lot at 253-255 David Low Way and 5-7 Rufous Street Peregian Beach Qld.

The amendment relates to the title block to the conditions in Attachment 1 which now describes the correct proposal and references the correct trigger and nominated Director General.
