(b) The Owner of Lot 5 shall have the special right to use ihe area identmed in Schedute E and on the
. attached sketch plan marked"A on the terms and condilions contained in by-la1rv 22(c).
G) The speclal rights granted under by]aws 29(a) and (b) shall be subject to the following terms and
conditions:
(r) The area may be_used only for the installation of chail table and umbrella settings for use by
customers of the Occupier of the Lot.
(ii) The Occupier shall only install settings of a quantity and size so as to allow free movement
between the settings and not prohibit access to other Lots by their Occupiers and invitees or
obstruct the vislbllity of or the view from other Lots.
(iil) The Occupier shall keep the area tidy and free of litter and shall not use the area so as to create
a nuisance, but otherwise the Occupier shall not be responsible for the performance of the duties
of the Body Gorporate in respect of the Common Property under the Act or the regulation module
applying to the scheme.

O (") The Owner of Lot 6 shall have the exclusive use of the area identified in Schedule E and on the attached
sketch plan marked " B on the terms and conditions contained in byJaw 23(c).
(b) The Owner of Lot 7 shall have the exclusive use of the area identified in Schedule E and on the attached
sketch plan marked " B on the terms and conditions contained in bylaw 23(c).
(c) The exclusiVe use rights granted under by-laws 23 (a) ancl (b) shall be subject io the following terms and
conditions:
(, The Body Corporate, by its contractors or employees, shall at all times have access to the
.exclusive use area for the pulpose of the maintenance and repair of the Common Property.
(ii) The Occupier shall be responsible for the maintenance of and operating costs of the exclusive
use area.
(iir) The Occupier shall not make any improvements or alterations to the exclusive use are without
the written authorisation of the Committee.
