I refer to Council’s Information Request, dated 11 July 2017 and ADAMS + SPARKES response
to Information Request dated 10 August 2017 in relation to the abovementioned
development.

On behalf of the applicant, Hon Kee Lee, and in accordance with s278 of the Sustainable
Planning Act 2009 (SPA), please find enclosed an Acid Sulfate Soil & Geotechnical
Investigation Report as per item 4 of Council’s Information Request.

This document represents the final component making up our complete response to the
Information Request issued by the Noosa Council, and we look forward to the decision notice
being issued by Council in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Sustainable Planning
Act 2009.
