1.13.2 The purpose of the priority infrastructure plan is to:
a) integrate and coordinate land use planning and infrastructure planning; and

b) ensure that trunk infrastructure is planned and provided in an efficient and orderly
manner.
1.13.3 The priority infrastructure plan applies to a development application made to the Council
after the commencement of the priority infrastructure plan.
