The measured Rating Background Noise Levels (RBLs) at the noise datalogger
location, calculated in accordance with the Ecoaccess Guideline: Planning for Noise
Control, are:

       7am to 6pm RBL:      39 dB(A)
       6pm to 10pm RBL: 45 dB(A) (affected by insect noise) – adopt 36 dB(A)
                        for purposes of assessment
       10pm to 7am RBL:     34 dB(A)
