 2     TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT
 2.1   The Term of this Agreement commences on the Date of this Agreement and, unless
       terminated earlier, it expires on the Completion Date.
 ‘Completion Date’ means, unless a date is specified in the Schedule, the day after You
 have done all that You are required to do under this Agreement to Our satisfaction;
