TABLE OF ASSESSMENT

Under the relevant table of assessment for the High density residential zone, the proposed
use is subject to Impact Assessment and is required to address the Planning Scheme in its
entirety. The proposed development is required to be assessed against the following relevant
codes:

   ●   High density residential zone code;
   ●   Noosa Heads local code;
   ●   Landslide hazard overlay code;
   ●   Visitor accommodation code;
   ●   Works codes.

The proposal has been assessed against the Acceptable Outcomes and Performance
Outcomes of the above codes. Where the proposal is non-compliant with the Acceptable
Outcomes, alternate solutions to the corresponding Performance Outcome have been
provided below.
