Development Assessment Rules)

We act for Lutheran Services in relation to Council’s information request, dated 26 July 2019, for the
development application over the above site.
The applicant’s response to this information is currently due on 28 April 2020.
Pursuant to section 13.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, we request your agreement to a further
three month extension of time for submission of the response to 28 July 2020.
The extension is sought due to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Given the current
circumstances, Lutheran Services, being a non-for-profit organisation, will be channelling their resources into
their current facilities during this time.
