4.    CHANGE TO CONDITIONS

The amendments to conditions that would result from the proposed development changes are
described in the following subsections, with deletions shown as grey strikethrough text and additions
shown as green underlined text.

4.1        Condition 1

The proposed amendments would require changes and additions to the approved plans of
development listed within condition 1 of the consolidated conditions of approval (132007.12.6), as
described below.

      1.    Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with the
            approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed in the following table unless
            otherwise amended by these conditions.
