RE: Roof extension to provide coverage for the bin area at Noosa Childcare Centre
Dear Nadine,
In respect of Noosa Childcare Centre, Court appeal (ref: 1998 of 2024), Stockwell are seeking a
Generally in Accordance (GIA) approval for a minor roof extension, as highlighted below. The
proposed extension is a continuation of the approved roof form, modest in scale and consistent
with the architectural design and materials of the roof.
Th extension is intended to provide weather protection over the bin storage area, improving the
functionality and amenity. Additionally, the extension will result in a more cohesive and uniform
roof design in the southern corner of the building, without impacting on height, scale or
overshadowing.
