7    CONCLUSION

ALC have conducted a noise impact assessment of the loading dock activities and mechanical plant located
at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre, 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville. The purpose of the assessment was to
determine the predicted intrusive noise levels at the proposed subdivision site on Hofmann Road for lots
17, 18, 19, and 21. Previous noise monitoring data conducted by ALC (ref: 20191414.1/1501A/R2/SS, dated
15/01/2020) has assisted in establishing the acoustic environment associated to the subject site (Table 1 and
2).

Provided the recommendations in Section 6 are implemented, the development is predicted to achieve
compliance with the Noosa Shire Council assessment criteria.
