The reason why Council is not satisfied that the application is properly made is:
The subject property gains access to the rear car parking via the adjoining property (33A).

The following action must be taken for the application to be properly made and assessment to commence:
Provide an amended application form, planning report and owners consent to include the additional property (33A).

Pursuant to the Planning Act 2016, the applicant is to take the action identified above within 20 business days starting the day after receiving this notice, or a further period agreed with, otherwise the application is taken to have not been made in accordance with section 3.7 of the Development Assessment Rules.
