Item 23: Provide information regarding the likelihood of the Maple Street road reserve containing
traces of chemicals associated with previous uses of the site.

Applicant’s Response to Item 23: Please refer to Attachment D which provides correspondence from
Callaghan and Toth in response to the above item. Attachment H provides a copy of Core Consultants report.


The applicant considers that they have now responded to Council’s information request. The decision period
has now commenced and we request that Council continues with assessment of the application.
