18.08 Chief Power, as a person conducting a business or undertaking, to Section 21 Electrical
Executive ensure that, while electrical work is being carried out on Safety Regulation
Officer energised electrical equipment, all persons are prevented from 2013
creating an electrical risk by inadvertently making contact with
an exposed energised component of the equipment.
18.09 Chief Power, as a person conducting a business or undertaking, to Section 22Electrical
Executive ensure that electrical work on energised electrical equipment is Safety Regulation
Officer carried out in accordance with the requirements of subsections 2013
22(1) and (2).
Chief Power, in the circumstances listed in subsection 23(1), to:- Section 23 Electrical

Executive Safety Regulation
(a) keep a copy of the risk assessment;

(b) keep a copy of the safe work method statement;
(c) ensure a copy of each assessment and each statement
is readily accessible to any worker engaged by Council
to carry out electrical work to which the assessment or
statement relates; and
(d) ensure that a copy of each assessment and each
statement is available for inspection under the Act.
