21.44 Chief Power, as an administering authority, after deciding a Section 275
Executive surrender application to take the steps listed in subsections Environmental
Officer 275(a) or 275(b) as applicable. Protection Act 1994
21.45 Chief Power, as an administering authority, to:- Sections 278, 279,
Executive (a) cancel, suspend or extend the suspension of an 280, 281, 282, 283 and
Officer environmental authority if an event mentioned in 284 Environmental
section 278(2) has occurred; Protection Act 1994
(b) follow the procedures in Chapter 5, Part 11, Division 2;
(c) give notice of the decision; and
(d) record the action in the relevant register.
21.46 Chief Power, as an administering authority in the circumstances set Section 284AA(2)
Executive out in subsection 284AA(1), to cancel an environmental Environmental
Officer authority if the procedure in Chapter 5, Part 11, Division 2 is Protection Act 1994
followed.
