21.62 Chief Power, as an administering authority, to give the holder:- Section 316N
Executive (a) if the decision is the change the day – written notice of Environmental
Officer the decision; or Protection Act 1994
if the decision is not to change the day – an information notice
for the decision.
21.63 Chief Power, as an administering authority to, in the circumstances Section 316P
Executive specified in section 316P(1)(a) and 316P(1)(b):- Environmental
Officer (b) require the holder of the environmental authority to Protection Act 1994
make a site-specific application for a new
environmental authority under Chapter 5 Part 2 or
make an amendment application for the authority
under Chapter 5 Part 7;
give written notice of the proposed requirement prior to
making it.
