        Officer     time when they ought reasonably to have become aware of the Protection Act 1994
                    matter mentioned in section 320A(3)(a) or (b), give the
                    administering authority written notice.

21.73   Chief       Power, as an administering authority, to require a person to Sections 322 and 323
        Executive   conduct or commission an environmental audit and give an Environmental
