Executive the holder of an environmental authority an unpaid Environmental
Officer supplementary annual fee for an amended environmental Protection Regulation

22.59 Chief Power, as an administering authority, to, by written notice, Section 175
Executive require the holder of an environmental authority for regulated Environmental
Officer waste transport to pay a supplementary annual fee and if Protection Regulation
unpaid, to recover the supplementary annual fee as a debt. 2019
22.60 Chief Power, as an administering authority, to, by written notice, Section 177(2)
Executive require the holder to pay:- Environmental
Officer (a) the annual fee or the outstanding amount of the fee; Protection Regulation
and 2019
(b) the late payment fee stated in schedule 15 of the
Regulation.
22.61 Chief Power, as a holder, to comply with a notice issued pursuant to Section 177(3)
