41.21   Chief       Power, in the circumstances referred to in subsection (1), to pay Section 96(2) Local
        Executive   unspent special rates or charges to the current owners of the Government

                    rates or charges.

41.22   Chief       Power, in the circumstances referred to in subsection (1), to pay Section 97(2) Local
        Executive   unspent special rates or charges (in the proportions stipulated Government
        Officer     in subsection (3)) to the current owners of the land on which the Regulation 2012
                    special rates or charges were levied.
