46.01 Chief Power, as the holder of a plant authority, to ensure a relevant Section 63(2)
Executive person carrying out an activity under the authority has a copy Nature Conservation
Officer of the authority endorsed by the holder with the relevant (Plants) Regulation
person’s name and residential address available for inspection. 2020
46.02 Chief Power, as the holder of a plant authority, to:- Section 64(1)
Executive (a) give the chief executive a notice stating the nature of Nature Conservation
Officer the change and (Plants) Regulation
(b) apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the 2020
authority to reflect the change.
46.03 Chief Power, as the holder of a protected plant growing licence, to Section 71
Executive carry out the activities listed in section 71. Nature Conservation
Officer (Plants) Regulation
