                Business Track Record          20/20     TP Collab was a platform that was incubated inside
                                                         Troy's other business (Tiger Pistol), the TP business
                                                         was established 11 years ago founded on building a
                                                         tech platform that enabled SMBs to scale Facebook
                                                         Marketing. This business was started in Melbourne
                                                         and then established offices in Austin, LA and the
                                                         UK, in 2019 the platform business in the US was
                                                         sold to a PE firm called Next Sparc. TP retains
                                                         exclusive usage rights in Australia and also does a
                                                         large volume of digital services work across retail,
                                                         CPG and finance verticals. The Collab platform has
                                                         been fully funded to date by the TP business in
                                                         Australia, The Collab has proved commercial
                                                         viability and launched ready to scale, TP Collab will
                                                         now be rolled out into a new entity with some new
                                                         shareholding and some existing shareholders from
                                                         TP. In mid 2022 TP Collab will be doing a Series A
                                                         round of funding to drive growth outside of ANZ
                                                         and look to expand into the US and Europe.
                Capability and Resources       20/20     We have been fully funded by the TP business to
                                                         date, but as a new entity we have raised our initial
                                                         seed funding and have runway out to September
                                                         with a solid pipeline of new customers and plans
                                                         for Series A to close by July.
                Suitability & Compatibility    18/20     Proven entrepreneurs, TP Collab live and breathe
                                                         technology, and have a solid sense of responsibility
                                                         to the community at large. As a company culture
                                                         TP believe in diversity, smarts and helping solve
                                                         problems that matter, and have on their roadmap
                                                         to become B Corp certified.
                                                         Along with having a culture that should add value
                                                         to the Hubs community, TP have a proven track
                                                         record in building world class tech, raising capital
                                                         and successfully exiting. All of which would be
                                                         valuable insight to others starting this journey at
                                                         the HUB.

                                                         TP Collab intends to be a valuable contributor to
                                                         the Hubs mission.
