November 2021. During the course of discussions at the General Committee Meeting, Councillors
considered that there may be grounds to support the proposal with a further report requested to
provide conditions for approval.
In the circumstances, the General Committee requested a further report be presented to the Ordinary
Meeting with conditions of approval.
Staff have considered the issues raised by Councillors but confirm the previous Officer
Recommendation. Should Council wish to approve the application, the requested motion below has
been drafted for that purpose.

REQUESTED MOTION
That Council note the report by the Development Planner to the Planning & Environment Committee
meeting dated 9 November 2021 and the Further Report to the Ordinary Meeting dated 19 November
2021 regarding application 51997.2283.03 to make a minor change to an existing approval for
multiple dwellings at 6/80 – 86 Hilton Terrace Noosaville and:
A.    Approve the change with the following additional condition:
      Additional condition 18 November 2021 (Change to Unit 6)
      30.    Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with
             the approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed below and are as
             amended by the conditions herein.
