Dear Sir/Madame,

Re application number MCU1012083 tl

I would like to object to this planning application for the following
reasons.

   1. This is a residential area and I think it would be unfair to allow this
development so close to residents in this area.

   2. The noise levels and increased traffic in this area would increase
dramatically and there is already a lot of traffic here at busy times.

   3. The local residents are already burdened with the noise and
loutish behaviour late at night from patrons of Villa Noosa.

   4. The local residents have ample opportunities to eat out at the
numerous eating outlets in Thomas St and Gympie Terrace.

   5. There would be untenable traffic congestion in this area.

   6. The restaurants along Gympie Terrace are already struggling to
attract enough business. They would have difficulty continuing to
be a good dining alternative to Hastings St for tourists.

      Yours Sincerely,
      John Da
