Issue – Locating the Dwelling on the site
The dwelling house will be required to be relocated onto the site, transported through areas of mapped Riparian Buffer and Areas of Biodiversity Significance.
Information Required
Provide information on how the site’s protected vegetation will be managed during the relocation, construction and approved use of the development, in particular, how the dwelling will be transported onto the site through areas of mapped Riparian Buffer and Areas of Biodiversity Significance. Provide any details of proposed vegetation removal required to allow transportation onto the site.
