            *NOTES:
                    The subject property is located in an active water flow area and the velocity of the water is up to
                     approximately 0.5m/s for the 1% AEP Defined Flood Event.
                    It should be noted that the open coast storm tide level for the Noosa Main Beach is 3.42m AHD (for 1%
                     AEP 2100 climate change conditions including tidal and wave setup), this is significantly higher than the
                     estimated 1% AEP flood level (2.4m AHD) applied to the subject property. It is important to have
                     awareness of the potential of a higher inundation levels than 2.4m AHD impacting on the property during
                     extreme and significant adverse weather conditions. This should also be taken into consideration in the
                     designing and constructing buildings on the site, and occupying or operating business on the property.
