                                        NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE


I, Frith Amelia BROPHY, of Advertising Contractors, of '1 0 Lyon Street, Moorooka in the State of Queensland
as the Agent for the Applicant hereby give notice that in respect to a Development Application a|28 EENIE
CREEK ROAD, NOOSAVILLE A/VD PARIS OF THE ROAD RESERVES OF HOFMANN DRIVE
AND WALTER HAY DRIVE that the provisions of the Susfarnable Planning Act 2009 have been complied
with -

       (a)    the application was advertised in the "Sunshine Coast Daily" newspaper on Monday, 6th July
              2015i

       (b)    a notice in the prescribed form was posted on the relevant land between 11 .48am and 2.49pm
              on Monday, 6th July 2015 on the frontages to Eenie Creek Road, Unnamed Road, Walter Hay
              Drive, Hoffman Drive and Rene Street, Noosaville; the signs were maintained for fifteen (15)
              business days until Friday, 31"tJuly 2015, when they were removed; closing date for receipt of
              objections being the 30th July 2015; photographs of the public notice signs erected at the site
              are attached hereto as Appendix l;

       (c)    notice was served by registered mail on all adjoining owners on Thursday, 2"d July 2015,
              whose names and addresses are listed on the page attached hereto as Appendix ll;

       (d)    the            om1he-newspaper containing the public notice and a copy of the wording of the
                    iic notice erected\Qn the land are attached respectively as Appendix lll.
