Attachment 7 - Acoustic Report

1. Introduction
The following report is in response to a request by Ruby Developments Pty Ltd for an environmental
noise assessment of a proposed retirement community located at 122 & 144 Myall Street, Cooroy.
To facilitate the assessment, unattended noise monitoring was conducted for the following:

       Road traffic levels were assessed in the vicinity of Myall Street to establish traffic impacts to
        the development.
       Ambient noise levels were measured in the vicinity of the site to determine the criteria for
        onsite activities.

Based on the results of the assessment, recommendations for acoustic treatments are specified in
this report.


2. Site Description
2.1     Site Location
The site is described by the following:

         122 & 144 Myall Street, Cooroy
         Lots 2 & 3 on SP115864
