4.2.     TOTAL USE AREA ADJUSTMENTS AND CLARIFICATION – CONDITION 3
         APPROVED PLANS
As part of the detailed design stage, project architects, Red Design have identified some minor
discrepancies to the total use area calculations. This includes:
   Reduction to total use area with Level 1 common area. This is consistent with other calculations
    made across the site and reduces TUA by 46m².
