Objection to Aplication MCU21/0154
My wife and I strongly object to the proposal MCU21/0154.

We are retired and bought our property in a Rural RESIDENTIAL area, NOT a Rural
Light Industrial area.

The proposed location is very close to residences and within 35@ metres of our home
[with not a lot of vegetation between].

There are areas in Noosaville set aside for light industry and that is where this
proposal belongs, not in a residential area.

This proposal [if approved] will be detrimental to the area and create a precedent
for other developers, thus ruining the quiet rural residential area in which we
reside.
