The University (Lessor) would like to formally inform the University of the Third Age Noosa Regional U3A
Incorporated (Lessee) of its decision to consent to the Lessee’s Material Change of Use application to
Noosa Shire Council.

The Lessor consents to the proposed change of use from ‘Professional Offices’ to ‘Community Use—Type
3 Adult’, which is defined within The Noosa Plan as:

“The use of premises for adult education or vocational training whether operated for profit
or not. The use includes a TAFE, university, language school, hospitality training.”
