Figure 44. In response to the Information Request, the area has been set back further and planters
provided. This is included within the amended plans, submitted to Council. This change has reduced
the usable area of the roof terrace and further minimised the visibility of the roof area from the ground
plane. The addition of the planters will improve the amenity of the roof terrace and will provide shade
and a sub-tropical environment.
