The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The proposed driveway provides access to a carparking layout that includes carspaces in tandem with the existing garaging. It is noted that the drawing number 22-0917-F10, Revision A prepared by Lindsay Consulting includes the notation “visitor car parking associated with each via signage and/or pavement marking”.
The proposed carparking on the internal driveway is not in accordance with the carparking conditions of the original approval dated 27 November 1974 (TPC 419). The original approval required on site covered car parking for three vehicles, together with visitors’ parking for one vehicle.
Information Required
Provide additional comment in regard to:
the intent to use the internal driveway as “visitor parking”,
whether any other changes are proposed to the approved carparking layout, and
whether the property owner intends to submit an application to change the higher order approval.

The due date for providing the requested information is 20 February 2023. Email your response to [email protected]. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
