Hi Patrick,

Further to our discussion last Friday, pursuant to section 32.5 of the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant withdraws the notice stopping the current period. Further agrees to extend the decision making period until 21 September 2018, to allow the application to be reported to the Ordinary Meeting in September 2018.

It would be appreciated if the matter could be discussed once you have had time to consider the further information provided.
