                   Re: Council Request for Information ~ 31 Edward Street, Noosaville

We have reviewed Council’s recent Information Request dated 28 July 2022.

We have provided a Stormwater Management Plan 32038-SWMP (copy enclosed) which details the proposed
method for disposal of stormwater from the propped development. A detailed design will be submitted with the
Operational Works application for the development.

In a previously issued drawing 32038-SWP.RevA we clearly identified the depth and location of the existing
stormwater pipe and how construction will manage its presence.

The proposed building will be supported on piers so it can’t be undermined should Council need to excavate to
the bottom of the pipe to replace or repair it. We don’t anticipate any issue arising from the proposed works or
beyond.

The shallow depth of the pipe simplifies any future access to the pipe. The proposed development will only see
an additional 400mm of fill over the pipe.
