Please note, the EAR and assessment of environmental impacts were conducted using
land parcel boundaries obtained by the Department of Resources in 2022. It has come to
our attention that there has been an update to the land parcel boundaries in 2023,
resulting in slight variations in lot sizes and extents. However, based on these changes, it is
unlikely that the assessment outcomes presented in the EAR will be significantly different.
