Pre response request for 23643 DA for a minor change to accommodate a lift and access and increased upper level associated with the existing dwelling on site which includes the following documents: • Noosa Council Pre Request Form (new form attached) • Tim Ditchfield Architects Proposal Plans dated November 2017 (documents previously submitted) • Tod Consulting Structural Details dated 27.03.2018 (documents previously submitted) • Tod Consulting Construction Procedure dated 22.03.2018 (documents previously submitted) • Amended Construction Management Plan dated 26.09.2017 (documents previously submitted) • ATCAC - Arborists report relating to the removal of tree and dated 23.02.2018 (new report attached) • Landscaping Plans prepared by Myles Baldwin Design and dated 06.04.2018 (documents previously submitted) • Tree Protection Plan prepared by Myles Baldwin Design and dated 06.04.2018 (documents previously submitted) • Martoo Consulting Planning Statement dated 9th April 2018 The applicant requests that Council support the proposal to amend the approved plans as detailed in the planning statement submitted as part of this application, to enable to the construction of a lift and associated access and minor extension to the upper level deck of the existing dwelling and requests that: • Additional conditions be imposed relating to the new lift, access and deck as detailed on the above plans.

B. Minor change application to the Operational Works approval OPW17/0561 to reflect the revised
landscaping associated with the proposed lift proposed for the existing dwelling under 23643 DA
which includes the following documents:
• IDAS Form 5 (new form attached)
• ATCAC - Arborists report relating to the removal of tree and dated 23.02.2018 (new
report attached)
• Landscaping Plans prepared by Myles Baldwin Design and dated 06.04.2018
(documents previously submitted)
• Tree Protection Plan prepared by Myles Baldwin Design and dated 06.04.2018
(documents previously submitted)
The applicant requests that the condition 1 of OPW 17/0561 be amended to delete reference to
the existing approved plans dated 2017 and include the documentation detailed above and
dated 2018.
Could you please provide a fee link for payment of the additional fees associated with the changes to the
application.
