With reference to the abovementioned project, please find enclosed the following
documentation in support of an Operational Works (Landscaping and Revegetation –
Precinct 9) application:

•   DA Form 1 – Development Application Details.
•   Operational Works Landscape Plans 172102 L400-L401 & L500-L501 (Precinct 9).
•   Charitable Status Document.

As the applicant is a not for profit charitable organisation, we request that a 50% reduction
be applied to the application fee. According to Councils fee and charges, the base fee is:

Base Fee                                                                           $1,180.50
• Works relating to landscaping for which higher order approval is current
   $2,361.00 x 50%

Please contact Covey Associates to arrange payment of the Application Fee.

Please note that this application relates to revegetation and landscaping works to allow early
rehabilitation of Precinct 9, as required under the Court Judgement.
