Dear Madam / Sir,

      I am writing to lodge my objection to the application by Marquette
Bowen for the proposed development at 37 Gibson Rd, Noosaville.

      I am concerned about noise and extra traffic in what is normally a very
quiet area, rubbish strewn in our streets, burnouts by hoons which are
attracted to these venues, extra lighting that will disturb residents who live
close by.

      An entry and exit in Skipper Place will cause real problems with traffic
congestion at the roundabout at Gibson Rd

      A convenience store and other businesses on this land would be of no
benefit to local residents.

      The owner could apply for a permit to build units on this land, and the
opinion around the neighbourhood is they would be in favour of this.

      I appeal to you to reject this application.
