Dear Sir

I wish to lodge an objection to the above proposal based on the following grounds.

|. The application is contrary to the stated strategic and general principles of the Noosa
Shire planning scheme.

2, The application is deficient in a term of amenity for the immediate neighbourhood and
more generally across the shire. |

3. The application is deficient in traffic planning and car parking impacts.

4. The application is deficient in terms of bulk and location and general architectural
integration and expression.

5. The application is deficient in its environmental, landscape and open space impacts
particularly the impacts on the koala habitat mapped lands.

6. The application is deficient in its consideration and mitigation of potential impacts on
infrastructure and assets managed by the Noosa Springs CBC on behalf of residents and
Group Titles Plan No 107028. These include, but may not be limited to roadways,
landscape, services infrastructure.

7. The application is deficient in terms of addressing bushfire hazard and the impact of

additional site congestion on emergency evacuation of the site and the surrounding
residential communities.
