We have undertaken the calculations of light spillage for the development at 1 Memorial
Avenue, Tewantin QLD 4565. The results have shown to comply with AS4282-1997
“Control of the obtrusive effects of outdoor lighting” and will not cause interference or an
environmental nuisance with the night time amenity of the residential areas.
