        I support the application.

      I agree with the conclusions in the economic report and additional Information that
      the convenience     shopping will not Impact on the major supermarkets. To think that a
    ~ shop with a service station and a cafe where workers go for lunch may Impact on the
    I noosa civic Is disproportionate reasoning.
    r   This area where I work being the auto park does not have an option for lunch that we
        can safely access and to drive to Noosa Civic Is a waste of time.

      The application is well mode from my reading and addresses all areas of the Noosa
      Plan. The uses that are Impact I support and believe they have demonstrated   that
    • they provide a need that Isn't offered and are on ancillary use os the Noosa Plan
