rey Development Application — Material Change of Use for a Multiple Housing Type 4 Conventional (37 Units)
4 located at 12 & 14 Serenity Close, Noosa Heads and described as Lots 7 & 8 on SP195871.

 

Our firm has been engaged as the town planning consultants for the lodgement and management of the above
development application currently under assessment by Noosa Council as the Assessment Manager under the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

In accordance with the provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the application Is required to undergo public
Notification which includes giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the proposed development site.

The applicant hereby gives you notice of the above development application over land which adjoins your property and
wishes to inform you that you have the opportunity to examine the proposal in detail at Council's offices. A copy of the
Public Notice for the above proposel Is enclosed to assist you in this regard,

Should you wish to make a submission in response to the above proposal, the Sustainable Planning Act 2000 requires,
among other things, that a properly made submission is made to the Assessment Manager and:

 

(a) _ is In writing and Is signed by each person making the submission; and

(b) _ is received by the Assessment Manager on or before the date indicated by the Public Notica; and

(c) states the name and address of each person making the submission; and

(d) _ states the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on In support of the grounds.
