Access is a right in/left out arrangement from Taylor Court and traffic is directed clockwise
through the site as seen in Figure 1 below. Overflow parking is located to the north western part
of the site, behind the drive through.
Some excavation is required to a portion of the site associated with car parking areas but
generally the buildings are at grade.
A 5m wide landscaped garden is proposed along all boundaries except for areas for access from
Taylor Court and some services along the south western boundary. Gardens are also proposed
throughout the car parking areas.
Figures 1, 2 and 3 below show the layout and elevations.
