Technical Advisory Group
The Alliance & Funding Agreement calls for the establishment of a Technical Advisory Group
(TAG) to provide project oversight. A Terms of Reference for the Technical Advisory Group (TAG)
has been developed between Council and TNC staff, and is included in this report for noting.
The TAG held its first meeting on 13 May 2020. At this meeting, the Terms of Reference were
confirmed and the draft Project Management Plan supported.
The current membership of the Technical Advisory Group includes;
        Noosa Shire Council – Environmental Services Manager
        The Nature Conservancy – Project Manager, Noosa Oyster Reef Restoration Project
        The Nature Conservancy – Operations Manager, Oceans (Australia Program)
        The Nature Conservancy – Monitoring Manager, Ocean (Australia Program)
