     This has been checked as part of the design process and we confirm the table drain works with the proposed
       footpath.

Item 3
     We will add a note to drawing 806 in order to address this. We’ve already got a note referring to TMR
       specifications but we can change this to be more specific (i.e. refer to technical specification 70).

Can you please pass this onto Travis to confirm acceptance of the comments / explanations above and check if he
would like any specific conditions included in Noosa Council’s approval document?
