2.   Background

     •   132003.221157 - On 30 June 2005, Council approved 3 x Material Change of Use applications
         for Non-conforming dwellings.

     •   132003.221157.2 - On 17 of August 2009 Council decided to extend the relevant period by 4
         years, ending on 30 June 2013.

     •   132003.221157.3 - On 23 August 2013 Council decided to extend the relevant period by a
         further 4 years, ending on 30 June 2017.

     •   132003.221157.4 – On 26 June 2017 Council extended the currency by a further 4 years,
         ending on 30 June 2021.

     •   The Applicable Event Notice allows an automatic extension of this approval to 30 December
         2021, this approval is therefore current.
