   DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE – DETACHED HOUSE

   Further to Council’s Information Request for the abovementioned proposal we now respond in full to
   each of the items raised.

   Information Required
   Please provide a Landscape Plan prepared by a suitably qualified landscape architect or landscape
   Designer…

   Response
   A Landscape Plan prepared by Conlon Birrell addressing the required information is attached. This
   plan provides sufficient detail to address the Biodiversity Overly Code provisions; confirms the ability
   to retain the significant coastal vegetation species; and demonstrates a site sensitive landscape
   response can be achieved. Species retention and environmental management can be appropriately
   conditioned.

   Also attached for Councils information purposes is correspondence from the northern adjoining
   neighbour confirming they have no objection to the proposal and reduced side setback.

   The Information and Referral Stage of IDAS has now concluded and the application is now in the
   Decision Stage.
